We’d rather you check than take our word for it, so here is what you can verify before you pay. We only ever ask for the Roblox username to deliver to, never a password or a 2-Step code. Payments go through our payment provider, so your card details never reach bloop.gg. And every order gets its own page that tracks it from payment to the trade.
If we can’t deliver what you paid for, you’re refunded to the card or account you paid with, and the Refund Policy sets out exactly when. The Terms of Service and the Parents’ Guide cover the rest in plain English, including the risk Roblox’s rules put on any purchase like this.
Pick your items in the market and add them to your cart, then head to checkout and pay. You don’t need an account with us to browse, and nothing is charged until you confirm the payment.
After paying you’ll be asked which Roblox account the items belong to, and we’ll send you to a page that tracks the order from there. Keep that page: it’s where you join the delivery server and where the order status updates.
In-game, by trade. One of our Murder Mystery 2 bots holds the items you bought and waits for you in its own private server. Your order page has a Join button that takes you straight there.
Once you’re in, the bot sends you a trade with your items in it and you accept it (the same trade window you’d use with any other player). Nothing is installed, and you never leave Roblox to collect.
Delivery starts once you join our server, not when you pay. Your items are set aside for you the moment your payment goes through, so there’s no rush: join now or in an hour and they’ll still be waiting.
Once you’re in, the bot sends you a trade. If it’s trading with another buyer you’ll wait your turn in line, and your order page updates on its own. You don’t need to refresh it or message anyone.
A Roblox account that can play Murder Mystery 2 and accept an in-game trade, and the exact username for it. That’s the whole list. No linked accounts, no verification, no add-ons.
It’s worth checking your username before you pay rather than after. We deliver to the account you give us, and a one-letter difference is a different player.
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and iDEAL. The full, current list is always the one shown on the checkout page.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, not by us. Your card details are entered on their form and never stored on bloop.gg.
No. Payment is by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or iDEAL, and the checkout page always shows the current list. We don’t take Robux, gift cards or in-game items as payment.
Yes. If we can’t deliver what you paid for, you get your money back to the card or account you paid with. You don’t have to argue for it.
Once items have been traded into your account they’re yours and the sale is final, in the same way a delivered order is. If something went wrong with a delivery, or you’re not sure what state your order is in, talk to us first. Most “missing” orders are simply waiting for you to join.
If it shows Reserve, yes. You pay for it now and we deliver it once it’s back in stock. Your cart and checkout list it under Reserved, and one order can mix reserved items with items in stock.
When it’s back, we email you at the address you paid with. Open your order page and press Join to collect it, the same as any delivery.
You get your money back. If it isn’t back in stock within 24 hours of your payment, you’re refunded for it automatically, to the card or account you paid with.
A reservation can’t be cancelled once you’ve paid: within 24 hours it’s either back in stock for you or refunded.
Yes, and we’d rather tell you than let you find out later. Roblox’s Terms of Use only allow virtual items to change hands inside Roblox’s own systems, and buying or selling in-experience items for real money anywhere else is against them. bloop.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
What actually happens on delivery is an ordinary Murder Mystery 2 trade between two players, and we never ask for your password or sign in to your account. But we can’t promise Roblox won’t act on an account that trades for real money. Moderation is entirely their decision, and accounts can be warned, restricted or banned. Anyone telling you a purchase like this carries no risk is not being straight with you.
That’s a real decision, and if you’re under 18 it’s one to make with a parent. If the risk isn’t worth it to you, don’t buy. We’d rather lose the sale than have you lose an account.
Never. A username is all we need to deliver, and there is no situation (not a “verification”, not a “re-delivery”, not a support check) where anyone from bloop.gg needs your password, your 2-Step code, or access to your account.
If someone asks you for any of those and says they’re from bloop.gg, they’re not. Stop, don’t send anything, and report it to us in Discord.
Open your order page first. If it still says it’s waiting for you, you haven’t joined the delivery server yet. Use the Join button on that page rather than searching for the bot in Roblox.
If you joined and the trade didn’t go through, your order page says so and shows a Retry button. Nothing is lost: press Retry and we send the trade again, and if the page asks you to join again, use its Join button.
Still nothing? Contact us with your order number. If we can’t deliver it, we refund it.
Message us straight away and don’t join the delivery server. As long as nothing has been traded yet, we can point the order at the right account.
After delivery we can’t reverse it. The items are in that account’s inventory and only its owner can trade them back, so double-check the spelling at checkout. It’s the one step we can’t undo for you.
Only with a parent or guardian’s permission, and only using a payment method you have their permission to use. If you’re under 13, don’t buy. Ask a parent to handle it instead.
Parents: there’s a plain-English rundown of what we do, what it costs, what the risks are and how refunds work on our Parents’ Guide.
Open a ticket in our Discord server. It’s the fastest way to reach a person, and it’s where order problems get sorted.
Have your order number ready if you have one. It lets us find the order and the delivery attempt without a back-and-forth.
