Our full refund policy is being finalised. In short: if we can’t deliver your items, you get your money back: automatically when an item sold out while you paid or a reservation isn’t back in stock within 24 hours, and through support for anything else.
If an order didn’t arrive, open your receive link or contact us through the Help page and we’ll sort it out.
Reserved items: a reservation can’t be cancelled once paid. If one isn’t back in stock within 24 hours of your payment, we refund it automatically. If your order is on hold, we’ll be in touch about it instead.
