bloop.gg is an online exchange where you can buy in-game items for Roblox experiences with real money and have them delivered to you inside the game. It is operated by BLOOP DIGITAL LTD. These terms are the agreement between you and us: they cover who may buy, what you are buying, how delivery works, when we refund, and what we are and are not responsible for. Please read them before you order. Placing an order means you accept them. bloop.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, and “Roblox” and “Murder Mystery 2” are the trademarks of their respective owners. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use bloop.gg.
1. About These Terms
These terms apply every time you use bloop.gg: browsing the market, placing an order, or receiving a delivery. Together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy they form the whole agreement between you and us.
Where a term has a specific meaning, it is explained where it is used rather than in a glossary of defined terms.
2. Who Can Use bloop.gg
Many of the players who buy from us are children. By placing an order you confirm that all of the following are true:
- You are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 13, and we will cancel and refund an order if we learn that we have.
- If you are under 18, you have the permission of a parent or guardian to place the order, and they agree to these terms on your behalf.
- You own the payment method you are using, or you have the explicit permission of the person who does. Using someone else’s card without their knowledge is fraud, and we treat it as such.
- The information you give us, in particular your Roblox username, is accurate and yours.
Parents and guardians: if an order was placed from your payment method without your permission, contact us and we will cancel and refund it where we still can, and stop future orders from that account.
3. What We Sell
We sell in-game items that we already hold in our own Roblox accounts: knives, guns, pets and similar collectibles from the experiences listed on the site. You are paying us to transfer an item we hold to the account you name.
You are not buying anything from Roblox Corporation, and you are not buying an account, a login, a subscription, currency, or any right that Roblox itself grants. We do not sell accounts and we will never ask you for access to yours.
Item names, images and rarities are shown to help you identify what you are buying inside the game. They are described as the game itself describes them.
4. Ordering and Payment
Adding items to your cart does not hold them for you. Your order is accepted, and the items are set aside for you, when your payment is successfully authorised, not before.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any fees we charge; your bank or provider may add its own.
If a payment is reversed, charged back or otherwise fails after we have delivered, we may recover the items, refuse future orders, and pass on any costs the reversal causes us.
5. Delivery
Delivery happens inside the game. After paying you tell us which Roblox account the items are for, and your order page gives you a link to the private server where one of our bots is waiting. The bot offers you a trade containing your items and you accept it.
Because delivery needs you to be in the game, we cannot put a delivery time on an order that has not been joined. Your items stay set aside for you until you collect them or the order is refunded.
- We deliver to the account you give us. Once a trade has been accepted, the items are in that account and we cannot take them back or move them elsewhere.
- If we cannot deliver (a bot fault, missing stock, or anything else on our side), we refund you in full.
6. Reserving an Item
When an item is out of stock, we may let you reserve it. You pay for a reserved item when you order, and we deliver it once it is back in stock, in the same way as any other delivery. We may limit how many of an item one account can reserve.
- When it is back in stock, we email you at the address you paid with, and you collect it from your order page.
- Once you have paid, a reservation cannot be cancelled.
- If it is not back in stock within 24 hours of your payment, we cancel it and refund you automatically.
7. Refunds
If we do not deliver, you get your money back to the payment method you used. You do not need to justify it and you do not lose a fee.
Once items have been delivered to the account you named, the sale is complete and we cannot refund it. The items have left our accounts and are in yours. If you think a delivery went wrong, contact us before you trade the items on.
Our Refund Policy sets out the detail and forms part of these terms. Nothing in either document takes away rights you have by law.
8. Your Roblox Account
You are responsible for your own Roblox account, including keeping your password and login codes to yourself. We will never ask for them, and nobody who does is from us.
You should also know, before you buy, that Roblox’s own Terms of Use do not permit buying or selling in-experience items for real money outside Roblox’s systems. Roblox may take action against accounts that do. That decision is Roblox’s alone, we cannot influence it, and we are not able to compensate you for it. If that risk is not acceptable to you, please do not order.
9. Things You Must Not Do
Using bloop.gg, you agree not to:
- pay with a card, account or funds you are not entitled to use, or file a chargeback for items you received;
- impersonate us or our staff anywhere, including in Roblox, Discord or on social media;
- attempt to exploit, overload, scrape or interfere with the site, our bots or our delivery queue;
- resell or redistribute anything you buy in a way that breaks the rules of the game it belongs to;
- abuse, threaten or harass our staff or other players in our servers or support channels.
We may refuse or cancel an order, and refuse service, where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening. Where we cancel, we refund.
10. Availability and Prices
Stock and prices change constantly, and the site can be unavailable while we maintain it. We do not promise that a particular item will be in stock, or at a particular price, at any given time.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid (for example two people buy the last one at the same moment), we will tell you and refund that item in full.
11. Our Liability
We are responsible for delivering what you paid for, and for refunding you when we cannot.
We are not responsible for what happens inside Roblox: moderation decisions taken against your account, items lost by trading them to another player, scams by people pretending to be us, or changes Roblox or a game’s developer makes to an item or an experience.
Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page always shows when they were last updated, and the version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.
If a change materially affects orders you have already placed, we will tell you rather than rely on you noticing this page.
13. Contacting Us
The fastest way to reach a person is a ticket in our Discord server, linked from the Help page. Include your order number if you have one.
For questions about these terms specifically, use the same channel and ask for them to be passed on.
