If you have landed here because a purchase appeared on your card, or because your child has asked for permission to buy something, this page is written for you. The short answers come first; each one is explained further down.
| Question | Short answer |
|---|---|
| What is my child buying? | A cosmetic knife, gun or pet in one Roblox game, Murder Mystery 2. It changes how their character looks, not how the game plays. |
| Who runs bloop.gg? | An independent business. We are not part of Roblox or of the game. |
| Is it allowed by Roblox? | No. Roblox's rules forbid selling in-game items for real money, and Roblox can act against the account. |
| Do you need a password? | Never. A Roblox username is all a delivery needs. |
| What does it cost? | The listed price of each item, paid once. No subscription, no top-ups, no loot boxes. |
| What if it never arrives? | You get your money back, to the card or wallet you paid with. |
What your child is buying
A cosmetic item inside one game: a knife, a gun or a pet. It changes how their character looks and what they can trade with other players. It does not affect how the game is played, it is not a subscription, and it grants nothing outside that one experience.

The money is real and the item is not. It has value while the game and its trading community exist, and no value at all outside them.

Who we are
We are an exchange for in-game items from Roblox experiences (at the moment, Murder Mystery 2). We hold items in our own Roblox accounts, you buy one, and one of our accounts trades it to your child's account inside the game. That is the entire product.
We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, and we are not a part of the game your child is playing.
What Roblox's rules say
Buying and selling in-experience items for real money is against Roblox's Terms of Use. Roblox only permits virtual items to change hands inside its own systems. That applies to us and to every other site of this kind, including the ones telling you they are approved.
| What you might ask | The honest answer |
|---|---|
| Does anyone sign in to the account? | No. The delivery is an ordinary trade between two players, in the game's own trade window. |
| Is anything installed? | No. Nothing is installed on your device. |
| Can Roblox act on the account? | Yes. Whether Roblox acts against an account that trades for real money is Roblox's decision alone. Accounts can be warned, restricted or banned. |
| Can bloop.gg do anything then? | No. We cannot influence it, we cannot appeal it, and we will not pretend otherwise. |
The risk lands on your child's Roblox account
The one with all their other purchases on it. That is the real thing to weigh, and it is a perfectly good reason to say no.
How a purchase works, step by step
Choose the items
Items go into a cart on our site, with the price shown on each one.
Enter the Roblox username
At checkout, before payment, we ask which Roblox account the items are for. This is the step to supervise: we deliver to the username given, and a mistyped username delivers to a stranger.
Pay
A normal card, PayPal or wallet payment, handled by a payment provider. We never see or store card details.
Join our delivery server
The order page gives a link to join the private server our delivery bot is in.
Accept the trade
The bot offers a trade containing the items, and your child accepts it. The items appear in their inventory.
Nothing is downloaded, and no browser extension or third-party program is involved at any stage. If someone told your child to install something to receive items, that was not us.
What we will never ask for
If anyone asks for one of these, it is not us
- Your child's Roblox password, or a 2-Step verification code. A username is all a delivery needs.
- Access to your child's account, for any reason, including "verifying" or "re-sending" an order.
- Payment by gift card, bank transfer to a person, or cryptocurrency.
- An item traded to us first, before we deliver.
Account theft nearly always starts with one of those four requests, usually from someone claiming to be a site like ours. If anyone asks, the answer is no.
Costs, and keeping them in check
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Is the price shown before paying? | Yes, on each item and again at checkout. |
| Is there a subscription? | No. |
| Is there a balance or currency to top up? | No. There is no stored balance and no in-site currency. |
| Are there loot boxes or games of chance? | No. You pay a listed price for a named item, and that is the transaction. |
If you want to keep a lid on spending, the practical controls are on your side of the card, and they work better than anything we could offer:
- A prepaid card for this kind of purchase.
- Holding the payment yourself, so each purchase is a conversation.
Refunds
| What happened | What happens next |
|---|---|
| We did not deliver | You get your money back to the payment method you used, whether the failure was a bot fault, missing stock, or anything else on our side. You do not have to argue for it. |
| The items were delivered | The sale is complete and we cannot reverse it: the items are in the account named at checkout, and only its owner can move them. |
| Your card was used without permission | Contact us. We will cancel and refund it wherever it has not already been delivered, and we will stop further orders from that account. |
That is why the username step matters so much.
If something goes wrong
Open the order page
It is linked from the confirmation. Most "missing" orders are simply waiting for the player to join the delivery server.
Ask a person
If that does not resolve it, open a ticket in our Discord server with the order number and a person will pick it up.
Questions worth asking any site like ours
| Ask | A good sign | A warning sign |
|---|---|---|
| Does it want the password? | Never, at any point. | Any request for it. Close the tab: there is no legitimate reason. |
| Is it honest about Roblox? | It says plainly that the rules forbid this. | It claims to be official, approved or partnered. |
| How does it refund? | It says plainly when, and refunds to the card. | Vague terms, or refunds only as site credit. |
| Can you reach a person? | A real way to reach a person. | Only a chatbot and a contact form. |
| Does it push urgency? | No. Just the price. | Countdowns, "last one", spin-to-win. Those exist to stop people thinking. |
Ask us those questions too. If the answers do not satisfy you, do not buy.
