When an Order Hasn't Arrived
Four checks, in order, when your items are not in your inventory yet, and the point at which to stop troubleshooting and just ask for the refund.
Start at the order page
Almost every "missing" order is a waiting order. Open the page you were sent to after paying and read it before doing anything else. It tells you which of these four situations you are in:

| Join Game | Nothing has gone wrong: delivery is an in-game trade, so it can't start until you're in the server with the bot | Press Join on that page |
| You're in, or waiting in line | The bot trades with one buyer at a time | Stay in the game; the trade request comes on your turn |
| A declined or unanswered trade | Nothing is lost | Check trade requests are on in MM2, then press Retry |
| A failure on our side | This one is ours, not yours | Press Retry if the page offers it; if we can't deliver, we refund it in full |
Join only through that page. A search for the bot's name in Roblox drops you into a random public server where no one is waiting for you.
When to stop and ask
If you have tried twice through the order page and nothing has arrived, stop troubleshooting and open a ticket in our Discord with your order number. Without that number we cannot find the delivery attempt.
Nobody from bloop.gg will ever contact you about a stuck order asking for your password, a login code, or an item sent "to verify". If someone does, they found your order some other way and they are not us.
